In case of receipt of damaged products, please report the issue to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In case any refund is approved, it may take 3–4 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
In the event that a product is received damaged, please notify Vaibhavam Collections within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After inspecting the issue, if your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 4–7 business days.
Refunds are issued only if the product is deemed damaged upon delivery and has not been used or altered.
